Private charm bar events across the Cowichan Valley, Victoria and Nanaimo, created for birthdays, girls’ nights, bridal parties, bachelorette parties, showers, corporate events and special celebrations. Monary brings a curated charm bar, jewelry-making experience and everything needed to your home, venue or event space, giving guests the chance to create personalized bracelets and necklaces while they gather, connect and celebrate together.

  • How It Works

    1. Choose your gathering

    Tell me what you're celebrating, where you're gathering and how many people you're bringing together.

    2. Choose your experience

    Assisted Charm Bar
    Choose your bracelet or necklace and pick your charms. We'll assemble your jewelry for you while you enjoy the gathering.

    Make-It-Yourself Workshop
    Choose your bracelet or necklace, pick your charms and make your own piece using the provided tools, with guidance from the Monary team.

    3. Make it yours

    Browse a curated collection of charms and choose the little things that feel like you. Go with a theme like Coastal, Western or Garden, or mix and match to create something completely your own.

    Then sit back and enjoy your people. We'll take care of the setup, take down, guidance throughout the experience and keeping the charm bar stocked.

    Private Event Details

    6 guest minimum

    Events are typically 2–4 hours depending on the group size and experience selected.

    Travel
    A travel fee applies outside the local service area. Travel is complimentary for groups of 12 or more.

    Additional charms
    Want to add a few more? Additional charms are available during your event for an additional $3 per charm.

  • How many guests can I have?
    Private events start at 6 guests. Groups of 20+ receive special group pricing.

    How many charms are included?
    Each jewelry piece includes 5 charms. Want more bling? Additional charms are available for $3 each.

    Do you travel?
    Yes. Travel within the Cowichan Valley is complimentary. A $50 travel fee applies to events in Victoria, Ladysmith, Nanaimo and surrounding areas.

    Do you provide everything?
    Yes. Monary provides the jewelry, charms, tools and supplies, as well as setup and take down.

    Do we make the jewelry ourselves?
    You can choose between the Assisted Charm Bar, where we assemble your jewelry, or the Make-It-Yourself Workshop, where you create your own piece with guidance.

    Can I choose a theme?
    Yes. Choose from our curated themes or create something custom for your gathering.

    How long does it take?
    Most private events run approximately 2–4 hours, depending on the group size and experience.
